Today I start my new healthy regime. I'm usually pretty good, but lately, or should I say over the past month or so my lifestyle has been somewhat excessive. I havn't been to the gym in over a month, I've smoked more cigarettes this past month than I've done through out the whole year, I've drunk way to much alcohol and slept to far to little. It's all been worth it...believe me.
I'm gonna take long walks by the sea, do hardcore sessions at the gym, eat healthy, have early nights, no more smoking and cut out alcohol for a while.
