I had the most awful nightmare last night, It felt so real. Arms were coming up from the matress and holding me down, around me arms, legs, throat..everywere. And then finally this person leaned and kissed me then put his hand over my mouth and I realised I'd stopped breathing. I woke myself up, kicking and screaming, my heart racing, all clammy. It still makes me uneasy just thinking about it.
